Our delivery charges to UK Mainland are tiered as follows:
Standard Delivery: about 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri)
£9.95 for orders below £19.99
£4.95 for orders between £20.00 to £30.00
£3.29 for orders between £30.01 to £49.99
FREE DELIVERY on orders over £50.00
Maximum weight for each order would be 30kg. Anything above this and you will be contacted with bulk shipment rates prior to order being processed.

All customers can view the details and status of their orders online to see if their order has been confirmed, is in the progress of being prepared or dispatched. This information is available by logging into ‘My Account’. You will receive an email when your items have been dispatched with an update as to when you will receive your order.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in the post, please contact our Customer Services team or Courier company to investigate what has happened to your parcel.
Orders exceeding 30KG
If you exceed 30KG in any one purchase we will contact you to discuss our Bulk Shipment rates. If you have any questions on this prior to placing your order, please contact us now to arrange a call back.
Availability of product
If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we would NOT dispatch alternative product. You may instruct us to dispatch an alternative product by contacting our Customer Services team so we can advise you on the next step to take.

Refund Policy

We trust the quality and taste of our fresh food as much as we like them, and we believe that you’ll also like our quality and freshness. However, somehow if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us, we offer a 100% refund guarantee as a part of our Customer First policy.
Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you would like to return a product, the product must reach us in 2 days.
To be eligible for a refund, you should send us proof of your dissatisfaction with our products such as an image. You can send this proof to customersupport@supermercato.co.uk.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you cancel your order after the cut-off hour (18:00) on the day before your delivery date, there will be a 20% surcharge fee on your refund.
If you cancel your order on the delivery day, there will be a 25% surcharge fee on your refund.
Hardshell tropical fruits such as durian, jackfruit, soursop and breadfruit are not eligible for a refund.
Hardshell fruits such as watermelon and yellow melon are not eligible for a refund.
Live products such as lobster and crab are not eligible for a refund.
Voucher codes require their doubled amounts as the minimum spend limit.
Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
